Cole Porter's "Kiss Me, Kate" At Stage Door Players says
STAGE DOOR PLAYERS, Dunwoody’s own professional theatre company presents “Kiss Me, Kate” Music and Lyrics by Cole Porter, with Book by Sam and Bella Spewack.

Opening July 15 and running through August 7, 2016. Performance show times are Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings at 8:00 with a Sunday matinee at 2:30.

The great backstage "show within a show" musical comedy, featuring what many call Cole Porter’s greatest score, comes to Stage Door in all its Shakespearean tongue in cheek glory. This hysterical, tuneful battle of the sexes, where each cast member’s on-stage life is complicated by what is happening offstage, contains such Porter classics as "So In Love," "Too Darn Hot," "Wunderbar," "From This Moment On," and "Another Opening, Another Show."

Featuring Ritchie Crownfield, Benjamin Davis, George Deavours, Jessica DeMaria, Brittany Ellis, Shelby Folks, Luis Hernandez, Greg Hunter, A.J. Klopach, Paige Mattox, Lyndsay Ricketson, Tyler Sarkis, Bryant Smith, and Xylina Stamper. The show is directed by Alan Kilpatrick, with Musical Direction by Nick Silvestri, and Choreography by Jen MacQueen.

The production/design team includes Jim Alford (Costume Design), Hayley Brotherton (Production Manager), George Deavours (Wig Design), Kathy Ellsworth (Props Design), Rial Ellsworth (Sound Design), Chuck Welcome (Scenic Design), and John David Williams (Lighting Design). The show is Stage Managed by Jenna Sargent.
