It's time to get rid of the notion that dessert is only something to be had at nice restaurants or on weekends. In our Curds, Custards, and Mousses class we break down the barrier that is preventing you from enjoying a good simple sweet fix at home. This class we'll teach you to prepare quick desserts that will impress not only yourself, but also your loved ones and/or maybe that dinner party you'll get encouraged to throw after taking this class. Your teacher, pastry chef Lauren Raymond, will lead you through the do's and don'ts of curds, custards, and mousses and how to pair them with fruit or other sweet things with the hopes that you will return home with a good little repertoire of desserts under your belt. Join us in the kitchen with a little complimentary glass of wine and a whole lot of fun.
