February Dance Church!

We hope you can come dance with us on February 8th! ($5 suggested donation) Dancing will begin promptly at 10:30 a.m., ending with our closing circle a little before noon. You may bring an item(s) to place on the community altar, if you'd like. Children are welcome as well, with no extra donation expected. Typical turnout is between 10 - 15 dancers. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ "Dance Church" is a diverse gathering to honor the body/spirit connection, celebrate life, and build community through improvisational movement, artistic expression, and an openness to the sacred, however defined. Do your yoga, stretch, roll around on the floor, boogie; dance alone, with another, with others; connect with your own spirit and that of whatever may be greater. A circle will end the gathering and a variety of music will be played. Dance to music in a space made sacred by an improvised, community altar. (Please feel free to bring an item(s) for the altar!)
