Executive Chef Edwin Molina has created a unique five-course tasting menu that has been perfectly paired with the amazing wines!


COURSE ONE
Scallop Carpaccio, guanciale, radish, paprika, burnt orange, watercress
Paired with 2014 Pecchenino Vigna Mastro Bianco, Langhe DOC

COURSE TWO
Duck breast, cranberry demi, mushroom risotto
Paired with 2014 Pecchenino “San Luigi” Dolcetto, Dogliani DOCG

COURSE THREE
Georgia polenta, Mushroom Sugo, Poached Egg
Paried with 2010 Pecchenino “Bricco Botti” Superiore Dolcetto, Dogliani DOCG

Crispy lamb ribs, roasted beets, Grapefruit, crème fraiche
