A deep practice using Yamuna Body Rolling routines to improve flexibility and range of motion in your hips and legs. You’ll lengthen your muscles and remove restrictions caused by injuries and poor posture. Yamuna Body Rolling can be done by anyone, and is the perfect preparation for yoga students, athletes, dancers or anyone interested in becoming more skillful in keeping their body in proper alignment. No experience necessary.

Class size is limited to 8 students. Balls are provided.

Cost is $35 per student for a two-hour workshop.

Private sessions are available.

$30 with registration by September 26
$30 with unlimited yoga pass
