Georgia Trail Summit Planning Meeting

AGENDA GTS Organizational model o Theresa to review our trail organization research data and report in by June o Lobby day a success with new contacts for GTS, offers of support including legislators o Joining Georgia Water Coalition lobby day 2/18 and Georgia Rides to the Capitol 3/24 o RTC to help lead us in strategic planning for our organization post summit GTS planning efforts o Host: venues for socials, local workshops, sponsors o Content: RFP out due March 1, keynote, themes finalized, invites to speakers o Outreach: Eventbrite ready, 1 mailchimp per month, sponsor WHY page profiles o Development: $9100 raised to date, Lisa, JD, Tracie, Jim primarily leading effort Next meeting: March 13 @10am, Decatur Rec Center We meet monthly so if you cant make it this time, keep us in mind for the next month. 2nd Fridays! Free parking onsite behind library/rec center. Marta station 1/2 block west of center.
