Green Eggs & Ham: Evening Edition says
Evening Edition: The New Administration Environment: A discussion of the current and expected changes to local and federal environmental policy in the new Presidential administration.

Green Eggs & Ham is an ongoing morning (usually) program of Generation Green of the Georgia Conservancy. Each event features a topical discussion with a compelling speaker or panel.

For our winter installment of Green Eggs & Ham, panelists and attendees will discuss the current and expected changes to local, state and federal environmental policy in the new Presidential administration.

With the inauguration of the next President of the United States forthcoming and appointments of cabinet members to follow, environmental groups across the country are watching closely to see what may change under the new administration.

Join us for an engaging discussion with panelists from various organizations in the environmental space to learn about changes that have already taken place and what we may expect to see across Georgia and the country as a whole.

Past discussions have included the political landscape for Georgia's environment, transportation issues in metro Atlanta, the downtown Atlanta renaissance, the urban food movement, historic preservation, dedicated funding for conservation, and advocacy for Atlanta’s parks and green space.

PANELISTS:

- Kevin Jeselnik, Staff Attorney at Chattahoochee Riverkeeper
- Justin Wong, Environmental and Natural Resources Associate at Troutman Sanders, LLP
- TBD
