Lnfy 48 Hour Vigil says
WHAT: A 48-HOUR VIGIL TO RAISE AWARENESS OF THE PLIGHT OF ATLANTA'S 950 HOMELESS LGBTQ YOUTH.

WHO: Join Rick Westbrook as he spends 48 hours on the streets of Midtown with no ID, cash or credit cards, depending solely on the charity of others for food and necessities to survive.

WHY 48 HOURS? Statistically, we have 48 hours to reach a homeless youth before they must engage in high-risk and/or criminal behavior in order to survive on the street.

HOW TO YOU CAN HELP: This year we have lots of ways for you to get involved!

We have a FULL SCHEDULE OF EVENTS --- or --- you are encouraged to host your own BACKYARD VIGIL and get 10 folks to each donate for every hour you spend in the elements. (see details below)

We'll park the LNFY truck across from BURKHART'S PUB and collect donations all weekend for homeless LGBT youth. This will be Rick's base of operations from 7pm Friday Nov 11 to 7pm Sunday November 13th. (see details below)
