Guided meditation is a relaxing form of mindfulness. The facilitator guides students into a deep sate of relaxation through a combination of imagery and breathing. This experiential workshop will open with a gentle spine freeing series, followed by the guided mindfulness practice and then time for reflection. Guided meditation is a great tool for reducing stress and anxiety and can help students tap into a deep sense of gratitude and wellbeing. Please note: EVERYONE MUST PRE-REGISTER!!!
