Learn how to Pace Yourself!!
Do you always go out waaayyy too fast and struggle later in races?Then this session is for you!
We will do short repetitions (with rest in between) at YOUR race pace and repeat until you hone in on the correct pace.
>> bring a stopwatch
>>know what pace (per minute mile) you plan to practice.
NOTE: This is NOT a hard speedwork session but at most a moderate effort.
