Poetry Atlanta returns with an evening of poetry from Bruce Covey and Megan Volpert.

Bruce Covey's sixth book of poetry, CHANGE MACHINE, was published in 2014 by Noemi Press. He lives in Atlanta, GA, where he published and edits Coconut magazine and Coconut Books and curates the What's New in Poetry video reading series for the web community Real Pants. He also serves as Small Press Editor for Boog City and has taught at Yale, Emory, and the Atlanta College of Art.

Megan Volpert lives in Atlanta, where she teaches high school English. She is the author of five books on communication and popular culture, most notably about Andy Warhol. Her latest work includes ONLY RIDE, the American Library Association-honored anthology THIS ASSIGNMENT IS SO GAY: LGBTIQ POETS ON THE ART OF TEACHING and the chapbook ORDER SUTRA .
