Political Party / Latinx Unidos : "Why F*Cking Care?" says
Discussion is the building block of activism. Dancing is the building block of celebration. Blend those two together with some radical music and you get a POLITICAL PARTY.

"WHY F*CKING CARE" edition:

In the second of a four part series leading up to the presidential election, join us for an activist interest meeting and share your concerns/passions of the political on a local/personal level. With so many odds stacked against us, why should we care? Why should we participate?

This installment of Political Party is a collaboration with Somos Sur Art Collective.

SOMOS SUR seeks to empower Latinx artists by disrupting binaries that are placed on our collective bodies and borders. Our art aims to decolonize notions of beauty, gender, art, sexuality and identity in order to explore our own ideals against westernized conventions and assimilation.
