Sacredly Moving Women 2015 6 Week Series

Through ecstatic dance, breathwork, movement meditations, guided meditations, journaling, drawing, and holding space, we tune into our inner universe, our hearts, our bodies and receive the inherent wisdom from within. We move together, breathe together, meditate together, witness one another in our challenges and our strengths, and celebrate one another for exactly who we are. This class is welcome to women of ages 16 and above and requires no prior experience (at all) of dance or movement. There is no particular style or type of dance being learned - you are finding your own dance. Each woman has a heartsong and a medicine unique to her - this space is about tapping into that in order to live an empowered, embodied, enrichened, authentic life. Listen to your body and honor what it tells you.
