Each year during the summer season, the Northwest salmon travel from the Pacific Ocean back to the mountain streams where their lives began to lay eggs and make way for the next generation. This upstream journey is one of nature’s most impressive events, and we want to celebrate that.

To honor this annual Salmon run, Lure will feature these special salmon dishes in addition to the regular dinner menu. Savor them May 25-June 4.
