SeekATL offers artists an opportunity to talk about contemporary art with a group of interested, knowledgeable peers. They aim to foster camaraderie for Atlanta area artists and the opportunity to find other like-minded individuals. Once a month, the group visits an artist studio and converses about the work—not as an artist talk or critique, but to simply talk about what viewers see. Arguments abound and reasoning may differ, but SeekATL hopes you find at least a few new people with whom you can build a lasting relationship. Invite these people back to your studio. Ask to visit their studios. Share a book. Write something together. Make something. Come to the next SeekATL event.
