Getting in reps; just going through basic rolls, flips, falls, a bit of tumbling and some stretching to cool down. Bring your own rope if you got one.

Open to SAG stunts
$15 or 1 punch

Participants should have "all expected abilities" and be able to follow along without in-depth coaching or guidance. You should have had prior high-level athletic training of some kind so time is not spent working on universal basics.
