On November 3, Dine Birmingham has organised a special dinner event where food lovers can enjoy a three-course Syrian meal, with all profits being donated to a charity that is helping provide Syrian refugees with water, food and shelter.
The upmarket dining experience will be held at independent Middle Eastern restaurant Syriana on Constitution Hill and the menu will feature a range of authentic Syrian dishes.
Assuming you'll be able to take your eyes off the food, there'll also be live entertainment from belly dancers and mellow Middle Eastern music to help set the atmosphere.
Tickets must be pre booked and start at £30 per person, with the profits going to Oxfam's Syria Crisis Appeal.
