On Thursday September 24, the highly anticipated Grand Central Birmingham will open its doors for the first time, welcoming thousands of eager customers and diners to the UK's newest premium shopping and dining destination.

Sitting above the recently opened New Street Station, the £150 million transformation boasts 66 new shops and restaurants, with many brands making their first appearance in the city, such as The White Company, Hobbs, Joules, Foyles, Cath Kidston, Neal’s Yard, and Tiger.

Complementing the retailers are a number of dining options, including Tapas Revolution, Pho, Crepe Affaire, Frizzenti and Square Pie.

And, of course, Grand Central is also home to one of the largest John Lewis stores in the UK – a huge, 250,000 square foot space with its own spa and restaurant.

You can see a complete list of all the shops and restaurants here.

If you just can't wait until Thursday to scope out what everything is going to look like, here's an early look inside while everyone is making their last minute preparations.
