Kali Theatre: Twelve


An evening of new writing conceived and directed by Janet Steel focussing on the hard-hitting subject of 'Honour' killings. The piece is made up of twelve monologues inspired by true stories of young women murdered by their families in the UK and intends to give a voice back to these lost lives, if only for one night. The commissions are a moving mix of stories based on friendship, first love, defiance, death and the will the survive. Tickets should be booked in advance
