Afro Mio Concert

Ikon have teamed up with 'Celebrating Sanctuary' a charity working across the arts to raise awareness of the contributions refugees make to the UK, for this afternoon of music from Afro Mio. Founded by Angolan singer songwriter Ben Pathy, the group uses a blend of rhythmic conga and African guitar to create rich and unique sounds and sing in five different languages, drawing on their heritage in Angola and Congo and their travels across the globe. The event is free but donations are welcomed.
