The first-ever Balloons and Tunes event takes place in Victoria Park, Smethwick on the weekend of August 14-16, promising not just a stunning display of 'special shape' hot air balloons, but music, food, a giant fun fair and loads more family-friendly entertainment.
The balloons will be tethered throughout Saturday and Sunday, and at 9.30pm on Saturday night, there'll be a spectacular 'night glow', where the balloons are lit up to a choreagraphed soundtrack of music.
The event starts on Friday evening, and although no balloons will be on show that day, the fun fair will be in full swing, with two-for-one ride tickets on offer all day long.
Entry on Saturday and Sunday is just £3 each day, with those under 1m tall getting in free.
