The summer edition of the BBC Good Food Show is a must for super foodies and cookery show addicts alike.
Celebrity chefs and food experts like Tom Kerrige, Mary Berry, John Torode, Mich Turner and Michael Roux Jr will be in attendance, taking part in on-stage interviews and live cooking and baking demonstrations.
Inspired by what they've seen and tasted, visitors can buy ingredients to take home from a selection of artisan producers, British suppliers, top alcohol brands, and French sellers.
If you're not too full after all the free tasters you've bagged, head to the BBC Good Food Kitchen to sample two and three course meals (£21.95- £24.95), with dishes including harissa roast salmon and buttermilk roasted poussin on the menu.
