Time Out says

Families looking for stacks of fun over the holidays should head to the Botanical Gardens where an exciting array of Easter events are planned. Kids can dash across the gardens and take part in the annual egg hunt, transform themselves into cheeky chicks and bunnies with the help of an expert face painter, and take part in a bloomin' lovely plant pot decorating session on Easter Sunday. If they're still hungry for more egg-themed fun, Easter Monday will see an Easter bonnet parade take place where little ones can try their stuff and show off their mad creations, plus Bibbledy Bob the garden's resident entertainer will be making an appearance to keep tots chuckling. Arts and crafts activities are scheduled to take place in the gardens between the 5th-10th as well as a number of Easter-themed trails. The events are free to under-16s accompanied by a full paying adult or member.
