Saltley Stories

This community project managed by Norton Hall provides an in-depth documentation of the memories and experiences felt by past and present residents in Saltley, and charts the changes the area has experienced over the last five to six decades. Visitors can explore content from the 50 interviews which have been conducted for the project as well as photographs which provide a visual timeline of the changing landscape, residents, buildings and business that have come to define Saltley and Alum Rock.
