Find out more about cartoonist James Gillray (1756-1815) from Ian Keable who leads this talk on the caricature artist who created cruel and cutting images of politicians of the time as well as members of the royal family. The talk will explore Gillray's work as a source of inspiration for satirical puppet show 'Spitting Image' and cartoonists such as Gerald Scarfe and Steve Bell. Tickets are only available on the door.
