An Tua Nua (Gaelic for 'the new beginning') is an odd duck: a hybrid Irish pub and dance club, as popular with its friendly daytime regulars as with the nightly hordes from BU up the way. A fine place to stop in for a quiet afternoon pint or shoehorn yourself into seething masses of sweaty co-eds grinding to surprisingly solid selections of underground dance. The weekly goth night has been going for more than a decade.
