Clerys

Clerys is one of the few remaining joints near the South End-Back Bay border where you can still order a Bud without feeling like a pariah. The clientele is generally a mix of sporty youngsters and a slightly unbuttoned after-work crowd, with a few locals thrown in for good measure. Clerys serves solid American food and always has the game on. The broad windows make for great people-watching.
