Trillium Brewing Company

Trillium’s brews—New England wild ales, sour ales, wild saisons, double IPAs, and experimental brews—are highly prized at craft beer bars around Boston. The original brewery in Fort Point Channel only offers merch, cans, bottles, and growlers to go, so head to the newer brewery and taproom in Canton to try the freshest Trillium brews. The taproom, with a view of the production floor, hosts food trucks, pop-ups, trivia nights, fitness classes, and special Cellar Sundays, when a limited selection of previously bottled beer is available for purchase. (Cellar Sundays also take place at the Fort Point location.) It’s also kid-friendly and pet-friendly.
