While others are surrounding themselves with the roar of Super Bowl crowds, instead immerse yourself in balance and peace through yoga, meditation and sound bath. On Feb. 9, from 6-7:45pm, you'll engage in Kundalini Kriya yoga (known for strengthening the nervous system, balancing the glands, purifying the blood, and cleaning out cluttered thoughts), relax with a crystal sound bath, and perform a healing circle meditation to boost healing energy. This event is for all levels of practice.
