Abbey Lounge

This small dive bar, close to Inman Square, is a favourite with local garage rockers. The Abbey underwent considerable renovations (including the addition of a wine bar, quite out of keeping with the grungy vibe) in the early noughties, but you'd never know to look at it. It's a laid-back place to hang out and chat with local musicians, as well as see them play.
