NICE, a Fest

Boston's indie music scene gets the spotlight it deserves at NICE, a fest, a three-day celebration of artists from across New England. Rather than building the weekend around a handful of headliners, the festival gives equal billing to more than 80 emerging and established acts performing across three venues in Somerville's Davis Square. That format makes it just as rewarding to discover a band you've never heard of as it is to catch a local favorite.
