In light of current conditions, in which all Massachusetts restaurants and bars have been required to eliminate dine-in service through at least April 6, local foodies have been relying on takeout and delivery more than ever. Maybe you don’t feel like venturing to a grocery store — remember, there are ample grocery delivery options — or perhaps youre tired of cooking. Either way, if you're like us, you are looking to support your favorite local restaurants and bars during their time of need.

While there are myriad ways to offer support — check out our list of fundraisers and cool merch to buy — the most delicious way to keep these businesses going is by ordering up a feast for you and your crew. (Be sure to order enough to have leftovers!) Better yet, treat a friend or loved one to a surprise snack or memorable meal, delivered straight to their home.

For all your takeout, curbside pickup and delivery needs, the Massachusetts Restaurant Association has launched CarryoutMA.com — a centralized, searchable website that compiles all available options at restaurants throughout the state. Search by location, food type or method of delivery. Whatever you feel like, you'll find it on there. And you never know, you just might discover your new favorite eatery.

If you need some help narrowing down your options, consider following our lead and supporting Time Out Market Boston’s eateries, many of which offer takeout and delivery options, while the Market is temporarily closed. Looking for something cool to watch while chowing down on your primo eats? Take a culinary class or participate in a Q+A with a rum expert from the comfort of your couch.
