Time Out Boston is your go-to source for the latest and greatest things to do in The Hub, and that’s exactly the kind of news we’re bringing you today: Time Out Market Boston will officially open its doors to the public at 7:30am on June 27, 2019. No more teasing you with the promise of a good time at the Fenway’s newest destination for all things food and drink.

We’ve told you about the onslaught of talented chefs, including James Beard Award winners and nominees, as well as some of the city’s most well-known restaurateurs joining Time Out Market Boston. Now we can reveal a pair of delicious additions:

Saltie Girl brings wickedly fresh, local seafood to Time Out Market Boston:

The team behind the Back Bay’s award-winning Saltie Girl—a go-to restaurant among local seafood lovers—has long been inspired by the sea and remains dedicated to sourcing the best ingredients. Now Kathy Sidell and Chef Kyle McClelland will bring Saltie Girl’s succulent lobster rolls—available both warm with butter and cold with house mayo—and creative seafood dishes to Time Out Market Boston. Other highlights include New England favorites such as fried clam rolls and cups of bacon-kissed clam chowder.

Mobile Cooks brings delicious vegan, plant-based fare to Time Out Market Boston:

Founded by Matthew Kaplan, Mobile Cooks’ mission is to empower cooks and support local farmers by whipping up creative vegan fare featuring locally sourced ingredients. At Time Out Market Boston, Mobile Cooks will welcome different chefs for daily or weekly specials, and guests will get to enjoy healthful dishes such as savory mushroom ceviche—served with avocado and fresh tortilla chips—and zucchini noodles that are tossed with a sauce of carrot, roasted garlic and corn, then topped with cornmeal-crusted tofu and basil oil.

Time Out Market Boston is following in the footsteps of the wildly popular Time Out Market Lisbon — which opened in 2014 and is now Portugal’s most visited attraction, with almost four million visitors annually.

Like some variety when you go out to eat? Time Out Market Boston will have you sorted. The market will feature 15 curated food offerings, plus two bars and lots more. Time Out Markets are now open in Miami and New York, with more set to open in 2019 in Chicago and Montreal, and in 2020 (and beyond) in Dubai, London and Prague.
