Steak, Celtics, and tequila? Yes, please. On Feb. 11 at 6pm, Davio’s Owner Steve DiFillippo joins Wyc Grousbeck, owner of the Boston Celtics and Cincoro Tequila, to host an exclusive tequila dinner at the iconic Northern Italian steakhouse’s Seaport location. The four-course culinary event will feature rare tequila pairings and an up-close look at the Celtics' Championship Trophy. The menu includes Nantucket Bay Scallops with Celeriac Purée and Sherry Gastrique paired with Tequila Blanco; Butternut Squash, Basil Tortelloni and Shaved White Truffles with Cacio e Pepe paired with Tequila Reposado; 55-Day Wet-Aged Ribeye Cap with White Truffle Potatoes, Asparagus, and Bordelaise paired with Tequila Añejo; and a Chocolate Soufflé with Crème Anglaise paired with Tequila Extra Añejo.
