With exposed brickwork and copper trim, the dining area exudes a cozy charm. The pizzas are as distinctive as ever—oblong and free-form, with crusts whose edges snap like crackers. Toppings run the gamut from mushroom purée to mustard aïoli, not to mention that famed, heady fig and balsamic vinegar jam.
