Chef Daniel Bojorquez, an alum of Frank McClelland's culinary tree (the roots of which extended from the dearly-departed L'Espalier), is the man behind East Somerville's La Brasa. The menu features myriad global culinary touches, including several from Bojorquez's native Mexico, and a host of ingredients from New England farms and purveyors. The heart of the restaurant is the wood-fired grill; standout dishes often include wood-roasted chicken or whole branzino.
