Tuna & Friends Fest transforms the Cambridge restaurant into an interactive seafood feast where guests wander between stations showcasing every part of a premium bluefin tuna. Expect everything from handrolls piled with prized cuts like otoro and chutoro to ceviche, noodle dishes and a live tuna butchery demonstration that puts the craftsmanship front and center. Fresh Cape oysters and an optional shellfish station round out one of the city's most ambitious dining events of the summer.
