A replacement for proprietor John Mitzel's former venture, Glad Day Bookshop (a victim of rising rents in the Back Bay), this spacious shop has all the books, magazines and videos you'll need. But the out-of-the-way location has prevented a recreation of the original's entertaining, cruisey atmosphere.
