Stel's

It may be one of the hippest designer emporiums in Boston, but there's nothing flashy about Stel's. In fact, its big, warehousey, subterranean premises are easily missed by the uninitiated. The clothes for men and women, displayed on industrial rails and beat-up wooden tables, are similarly understated but no less achingly cool - deluxe basics by APC, plus jeans by Acne and designs by Maine-based sportswear company Rogues Gallery.
