CX Fit, a free outdoor fitness series at Cambridge Crossing, continues with two circuit training classes this week: Total Body Bootcamp with Tim Khanoyan on July 16 at The Common at CX from 6-7pm, a total-body workout using bodyweight and/or using various equipment (think kettlebells, dumbbells, and resistance bands, medicine balls, agility ladders); and July 19 from 10-11am at The Event Lawn (located behind Park 151 at 151 N. First Street) with Joe from Dirty Water Fitness and music by DJ J Wall.
