Cook Shanghai cuisine near Copley

There's nothing like digging into some Shanghai classics, especially when you make them totally from scratch. This weekend, the Westin Copley Place is hosting a special cooking class focused on beloved dishes hailing from this Chinese province. On Saturday morning, the hotel will have a chef on hand to show folks how to make a several regional specialties, including Xiao long bao (known stateside as soup dumplings), street noodles and egg custard tarts—all of which can be enjoy as soon as they're complete.
