Join the chef—who’s worked his culinary magic in local kitchens like Craigie on Main in Cambridge, Oak and Rowan in the Seaport and Oran Mor on Nantucket— as he teaches folks how to build a fire and prepare a rustic yet still refined meal atop its flames. Enjoy the fruits of your fiery labor with an al fresco feast after class, which will take place in conjunction with the American Outdoor School at the Breakheart Reservation’s Camp Nihan in Saugus. Registration for this woodsy experience is required.
