Next stop in your summer plans? Sicily. Eataly's latest regional menu highlights and indulges in the fresh cuisine showcasing the island's produce, from eggplants and tomatoes to pistachios and citrus, plus the bounty of seafood fished right off the coast. Aside from the menu, you can dive deeper into the area’s traditions at Hands-On: Traditions From Sicily class workshop on Aug. 2. From noon-2pm you’ll get your hands messy, as their Scuola Chef guides you through preparing two Southern Italian dishes - Pasta alla Norma and Canoli, with Eataly kitchen ingredients. In this class, you’ll learn about the traditions and culture of southern Italy, observe noted techniques for each dish, and enjoy a menu featuring antipasto, welcome wine, and your own finished dishes alongside a wine pairing.
