Head to the harbor for waterfront fireworks

Watch as fireworks light up the sky this Friday, as Boston Harbor Now hosts its 9th annual Illuminate the Harbor spectacular. Gather along the waterfront and see this vibrant, pyrotechnic display celebrating the end of summer in our fair city. Before the show, wander over to the Harbor Walk, where local artists will be creating elaborate chalk murals. Amongst the locations that will feature these colorful Chalk the Walk works of art: Piers Park in East Boston, The Tall Ship Boston, Christopher Columbus Park, Seaport Common and the Charlestown Navy Yard.
