Hear local bands jam at Brookline Porchfest

Brookline’s beloved, annual tradition of Porchfest is making a triumphant return this weekend. The local festival will be making its (kind of, sort of) post-pandemic comeback with an afternoon of live music on Saturday. Take the Green Line over to see a slew of bands as they take over porches, stoops, driveways, front yards and pretty much any old outdoor space throughout the city. There will be a broad range of musical genres represented—from R&B and rock to flamenco and Latvian—so be sure to check out all of the details online beforehand, or grab a program at Brookline Booksmith, Brookline Music School or Brookline Village Library.
