Time Out says

Summer Thursdays at the ICA come with a soundtrack. Harborwalk Sounds brings Berklee College of Music's rising artists to the museum's waterfront plaza for a free concert series that makes the most of long evenings in the Seaport. Each week features a different performer, spanning genres from jazz and soul to R&B, Afrobeat, and alternative pop, so no two nights sound quite the same. The concerts take place outdoors against the backdrop of Boston Harbor, making it easy to linger by the water as the sun goes down. Pair the music with a visit to the museum, which also offers free admission during Thursday evenings, and you've got one of the city's best no-cost summer outings. Sometimes the hardest part is deciding whether to watch the stage or the sunset.
