Time Out says

The free outdoor workouts in Athlete's Park in Boston Landing continue with a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout at 5:30pm. The hour-long, interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts that are designed to tone your body, improve your endurance, and clear your mind. There will be modifications for all fitness levels provided.
