Stay spooky at the Rebecca Nurse Homestead

Time Out says

Technically, we're no longer in spooky season now that Halloween has passed—but that doesn't mean you can't still keep it creepy. The Rebecca Nurse Homestead is still serving up some historical eeriness by offering tours of the old Salem Village estate, which dates back to around 1678 and once belonged to Rebecca Nurse (one of the victims of the Witch Trials). Tours of the 25-plus-acre homestead include a stroll through the ancient Nurse Family Cemetery, where the aforementioned matriarch was supposedly secretly buried after she was hanged for witchcraft during the infamous hysteria. Tours leave every hour—just be sure to secure your spot by grabbing tickets for a designated time slot ahead of time.
