Luckily, Boston Winery will be hosting an event highlighting all of the best Thanksgiving food and wine pairings so that you can be completely prepared to snag the right bottles for the big day. Amongst the dishes that you’ll get to enjoy alongside some pours: a sweet potato casserole with a Vermont maple syrup and pecan crust; sage and onion stuffing; truffle mac and cheese; oven-roasted turkey with cranberry sauce and gravy; and, finally, a pumpkin and honey pie.
