The Liberty’s annual Father’s Day BBQ is back on June 15. Executive Chef Patrick Bassett will be serving up a mouthwatering spread that includes Slow-Roasted Suckling Pig, Bourbon-Marinated Steak Tips, Cajun Swordfish, Mesquite BBQ Chicken, and Baby Back Ribs, all accompanied by a selection of artisan side dishes. Food is served from 2-4pm, with the bar opening at 2pm and starting everyone off with a Michter’s cocktail.
